No matter how expensive your Watch is or the brand name (Hamilton-Ventura, Cartier, Cartier Roadster,Jacob & Co., Five Time Zone Watch), please dont sleep with It. Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.
2. Don’t Sleep with your BRA.
Una think say i dey joke. Seriously, Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.

3. Don’t Sleep with your Phone.
Don’t sleep with your Mobile Phones and avoid excess mid-night calls as possible.
Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Many cell phone users spend 30 minutes a day on their mobile. That’s 11000 minutes a year of cell phone radiation applied to the side of their head. Year after year. So, remember to switch it off if you must.
4. Don’t Sleep with Make-Up’s
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You be Masqurade sef? It is never comfortable even if you sleep under A/C. Have your face fresh before you sleep.
5. Don’t Sleep with ANOTHER MANS’ HUSBAND
