PDP Vows to Challenge Ondo State Election Results

Ondo State Election results 2012 is still under dispute as the PDP vows to challenge the outcome of the result.

Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are thus not satisfied wit Dr Olusegun Mimiko emerging as the winner of the last Governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the tribunal.

The state PDP Publicity Secretary, Mr Wale Ozogoro, who disclosed this Tuesday, said the party was studying the results released by INEC with a view to pursuing justice through the appropriate quarters.

This came as Mimiko Tuesday called on INEC to adopt staggered elections system as a way to get out of electoral malpractices in the country.
