Well, this is something we dont see often but in a ruling on Wednesday, Chief Ireti Oniyide, Tunde Oladunjoye (now media aide to Agriculture Minister, Akin Adesina) and Honourable Fasiu Bakene were ordered to be remanded in prison.

Reports has it that the Judge orded the 3 PDP agents to be remanded in prison for their continued violation of the order of the court as contained in a judgment of the court that was delivered on May 2, 2012.

The judge however did not specific on which prison the three PDP Chieftain should be remanded (Yer, Sounds more like the normal routine)

The ruling was on a committal proceedings initiated against the said PDP chieftains, the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) by Chief Adebayo Dayo and Alhaji Semiu Sodipo for themselves and on behalf of the Ogun State Executive Committee of the PDP.
