Customs nab three smugglers, seize N50m illicit drugs

The Nigerian Custom Service (NCS) in Kaduna has paraded 3 individuals who smuggled drugs worth N50 million into the country.Acting Comptroller in charge of the command (Alhaji Yusuf Umar), while parading the suspects on Friday disclosed that they were arrested at Danzabuwa village on Katsina-Kano Road after they were trailed from Madarumfa town in Niger Republic to Danzabuwa village on Katsina-Kano Road, where they were apprehended.

He said suspects concealed the drugs in sacks and cottons loaded in articulated truck with registration number, XS 925 SMK.
