Jonathan renames UNILAG to MAULAG
Maulag – On Democracy day, President Jonathan renamed UNILAG to MAULAG which has cause Havoc and Protest.

University of Lagos (Unilag) was rename to Moshood Abiola University, Lagos (Maulag)
This the Pressident disclosed was to promote DEMOCRACY.
Thousands of scholars of the University of Lagos heading towards the college gate were blocked by students in a protest.
Some of the students were seen in action chanting anti-government slogans, saying the president’s call on changing unilag to maulag was the worst he had ever taken. They vowed to resist the renaming of the establishment.
The school authority has asked all students to get off the school premises before 11am this morning as the school will be shut for 2 weeks.
The school also revealed actions in taking the FG to court for renaming the institution.
