G.O of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye cautioned Nigerian political leaders to learn from disasters of 2012 and take precaution soonest to avert bigger ones.
2013 Predictions
Releasing his annual prophesies for the year 2013 at a cross over service to usher worshippers into the New Year at the Redemption Camp, he explained that there could be more devastating natural disasters like flood if necessary precautionary measures are not taken soonest to avert such calamities.
Describing the New Year as a year of signs and wonders, he said generally, God says this year will be better than last year.
According to Pastor Adeboye before the middle of the year, many Nigerians will have reason to say hope rising, adding however, that prayers and supplication be intensified .
He told the crowd of worshippers that God spared the lives of certain individuals in the country last year because of intercessory prayers of the saints, noting “the prayers of some of you minimized death of prominent Nigerians last year, don’t stop praying.”
Speaking on the prophecies for individual Nigerians, Pastor Adeboye said, “No matter the darkness around you, your star will shine brighter.
“God says, He will speak peace to your storms; Certain individuals have been stagnated for sometimes, the reasons for your stagnation will become known, will be addressed and will be eliminated, therefore progress will follow.”
Continuing on the individual category, Pastor Adeboye said in many senses of the word, this year will be of completeness.
On the international platform, the cleric said prominent world leaders need a lot of prayers so as not to die in office.
In addition, he said prominent Church leaders need prayers against planned scandals, even as he said that weather conditions may get worst, much worst, unless prayers are intensified.
But there is a cheery news when Adeboye said: “We should expect a major breakthrough in medicine this year,” concluding that nations who pass unholy laws will have a taste of divine fury.

Pastor T.B Joshua ushered in the New Year with a special service at the church’s headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria with the below listed prophecies.
(Unpleasant) Surprises for Famous, Popular and Rich Men including Politicians
“2013 is a year of surprises. I am seeing many great, famous, popular and rich men and politicians will become helpless and in need of help in matters of sickness, disease, finances, death, etc,” he said in the service broadcast live on the popular Christian station Emmanuel TV. “One of the causes, they have failed to reward those who helped them to succeed. This is the year of judgement especially for politicians who use youth to support their political ambitions without reward after winning power.”
Farming will Flourish
TB Joshua then proceeded to celebrate the future of farming, claiming that providence would favour those who engaged in it this year. “Those in the foodstuff business will have a field day this year. Farming and agriculture will be the order of the day and will help greatly to be the source of solution this year. People engaged in it will be greatly blessed.”
Joshua was emphatic in his conviction that such actions would reap great rewards, stating it was a secret God had revealed to him. “Foodstuff business and agriculture or farming are anointed businesses this New Year, to revive the world from economic depression. This is the secret of God revealed to you today. Quote me; you will not regret doing it. My name is T.B. Joshua.”
Message for Young People – Stop Travelling Abroad and Invest in Agriculture
Joshua, speaking to the thousands who had gathered in his church to usher in the New Year, counselled young people who spent vast resources of energy, time and finances in the pursuit of foreign travel to rather invest in agriculture. “They will achieve greatness by transacting in agriculture and foodstuff and become successful in export and import business.”
Answered prayers for couples “seeking for the fruit of the womb”
He proclaimed that faithful Christians would receive answers to prayers, especially in the area of couples seeking for the fruit of the womb.
Natural Disasters & Accidents
Additionally, Joshua predicted that natural disasters would continue to abound, alongside accidents on land, sea and air.

True there’s been a handful making wave up till 2013 but there will be the rise of great B2B Social Networks in 2013. Innovations and Ideas that are yet to be conceived will be unveiled in 2013.
In the Entertainment Industry, especially Nollywood and the Music Industry, D’banj (The Koko Master) and Genevive Nneji will experience enough intimacy that could lead to marriage, say by October/November, 2013.
I Predict that the Super Eagles will surprise many fans in their preparations and Performance in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations 2013 (AFCON).
2. Egberipou T.I Predictions – Funny i have to predict here But I’ll like to drop something on Religion and Fanaticism in Nigeria. I Predict before the Mid of 2013, Boko Haram Sect will have been a gone (if not completely, but crippled) sect. It will be replaced with another sect (a Peaceful sect with no political affiliations) I predict that 60% of the prophecies made by Top prophets in Nigeria wont be fulfilled especially the break-away of Nigeria.
I also Predict that before the end of the year, Power supply in Nigeria would have shoot to 80% including major Towns, Villages and Metropolis.
3. Emmanuel S.O – Many Singles in the Media Industry and Nollywood will be happily married before the end of 2013. My prediction covers Linda Ikeji, Cossy, Dbanj. Top shots in the entertainment Industries will be replaced by Upcoming Actors and Actress. Lamido Sanusi might find himself in Hot-waters over Banking Issues amongst others.
