Court allows Mohammed Aliyu Ndume to Travel for Pilgrimage
A federal court in abuja allowed Mohammed Aliyu Ndume (Alleged sponsor of Boko Haram) travelling rights to Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed Aliyu Ndume was on tuesday granted the rights after filing for an application which was approved by the court.
Ndume, who is currently standing trial on a four-count charge of aiding the Boko Haram Islamic sect and holding back info’s which could lead to the arrest of those connected with the dreaded sect will be travelling to Saudi Arabia to perform lesser Hajj between August 1 to August 31, 2012.
In exercising the court’s discretion in favour of Ndume, Justice Kolawole stated that the accused applicant had requested to attend to his religious obligation as well as attend his routine medical checks and noted that prosecution had not responded on how releasing his passport to travel would prejudice this trial – ThisDay
The law thus has its was its own way. Also, Ndume will use the same opportunity to perform his Medical routine checks.

This is total Rubbish, I have never seen a nonchalant judicial system before. I get a man accused of a terrorist crime awaiting proceedings and prosecution, what do they do, they grant him bail to go to do what: pilgrimage. This is absurd, for what, what is he going there to do, has he not been there before?
